Janet is an accomplished vocal coach, choir director, and performer with over four decades of international experience spanning the United States, Germany, Spain, and beyond.

She has held leadership roles such as Choir Director at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and has taught and performed at major venues and festivals, including the Edinburgh Fringe and televised talent shows.

A central pillar of Janet’s career is her founding and ongoing leadership of PG Management, one of Germany’s premier agencies representing musical theater performers. Since 1993, PG Management has placed singers, dancers, actors, and creative professionals in leading roles across Europe’s most prestigious productions—such as The Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King, Cats, Les Misérables, and Mamma Mia. Janet’s agency is recognized for its extensive network and deep understanding of the professional musical theater landscape, providing her with unique insights into industry standards and casting requirements.

Her expertise covers a wide range of genres, including opera, gospel, jazz, and musical theater, and she is known for her ability to teach English diction, music theory, and ensemble singing. Janet is also deeply committed to social impact through music, as demonstrated by her founding of the non-profit aRTISTS iN dIVINE sPIRIT e.V., supporting children affected by HIV/AIDS worldwide.
